This two storey home with a hamptons look and feel, offers light filled living spaces with brand new contemporary Coastal decor. With two separate entrances to the property, as well as two separate living areas, this property is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
Upon entry, immerse yourself in the beautifully appointed gardens and tranquil courtyard. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and ceiling fans in each room, main bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, separate lounge area with Smart TV and a small veranda that looks out to the front yard with fenced garden for the kids to play. Make your way upstairs to the large open plan living/dining/kitchen where a bottle of bubbly awaits you. Natural light flows effortlessly throughout with your eye being drawn to the spacious veranda offering stunning views across the Pretty Beach waterfront giving you that true coastal holiday feel.
The property has been beautifully appointed with a stone-topped galley kitchen, SMEG appliances, Delonghi coffee machine, reverse cycle air conditioning and Smart TV.
