A bright and spacious entry centres the wrought iron staircase and tropical ceiling fan creating a majestic entrance. This 2 storey home has style and space, painted with a coastal palate of soft tones that complement the coastal location. The ground level includes a master bedroom with a bay window, and semi-ensuite. Also, two full size guest bedrooms, a large laundry and a separate WC. Access to an alfresco patio and rear yard. Plenty of room to securely park the boat and car/s.
The upper level invites you into an open plan spacious living area. Dine in or out on the large balcony with beautiful 180 degree views over Ledge Point town and Indian Ocean. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine for that morning fix (byo pods). There is also a separate small rear balcony, a perfect spot to soak up the morning sun and sip your favourite beverage. The main master bedroom is located off the living area with a hotel entrance. With a bay window and access to the balcony to the left and en-suite.
There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. There is even a separate man cave set up in the garage downstairs. So, ladies while you are relaxing upstairs with your afternoon beverage of choice you can send the men downstairs to yell as much as they want at the current game of footy / sport and they won’t be in the way.

This part of WAs coast is recognized internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.
