A brand new bathroom is conveniently located near the front two bedrooms whilst the third bedroom is serviced by an additional bathroom located within the laundry. The laundry has washer / dryer facilities for your comfort.
A sleek fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area central to the space is ideal for those wanting to self cater.

Guest can stay warm on the cooler nights with the slow combustion heater or have the convenience of the instant gas heating. When you need to cool down there is the ducted evaporative cooling throughout, along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms or simply cool off with a relaxing swim.
