The living area also has a lovely built in log burning fireplace to keep you toasty warm in those cooler winter months. To the rear of the property you'll find a heated plunge pool, ideal for year round dips as well as the garden studio offering additional sleeping quarters. The property has been thoughtfully renovated with each bedroom, including the garden studio, having it's own ensuite bathroom.

Spend your days exploring the many bush walks right at your doorstep. The Lobster Beach walking track is a stones throw away and will have you sitting on a peaceful bush lined beach in just 10 minutes. Alternatively, Killcare beach is just 5 minutes in the car and has the benefit of the surf club and kiosk. For the energetic ones in the family, have a hit of tennis at the local courts or hire a kayak and explore the waterways around Wagstaffe and Hardys Bay. For local amenities, Wagstaffe has a lovely little general store or pop around the corner to Hardys Bay for more cafes, homeware stores, bottle shop, bakery and art galleries. If you want to head out for a nice meal or a fancy cocktail then hop on the ferry to Ettalong and in 5 minutes you'll have your pick of hatted restaurants, cool cocktail bars, a boutique cinema and lots of interesting and unique shops.
