Welcome to our charming and distinctive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully refurbished Terrace Home, with all modern conveniences.
Heritage listed and built in the 1850's, comfortably sleeping 6 guests a stone's throw from everywhere you want to be.

The house features: Large open kitchen with state of the art Lacanche French hand made stove, Giotto commercial coffee machine, French door fridge with ice maker, oak timber floors, stainless steel benches, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher and plenty of everything else.
The kitchen leads into a sunny travertine and reclaimed timber decked back garden with unground solar heated swimming pool and a large entertainment area. Due to Melbourne’s freezing winters, the swimming pool is decommissioned during the winter and is put into hibernation. There is also a BBQ pizza oven and teak dining table, lounge chairs & benches.

The house is very bright inside as it hosts lots of skylights on the upper floor. Wooden floor throughout the house. European laundry with Bosch washing machine and independent dryer.
3 large light filled and quite bedrooms, exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable. The first two bedrooms have king size beds, and bedroom 3 has two single beds which come together to make a king size bed if required. Each bed comes with quality linen.
The main family shower room built entirely with Travertine and Italian smoked marble with a double walk in shower, then 2 further cloakrooms; 1 under the stairs on the ground floor, and another cloakroom/ change room outdoors by the pool.
The house come with unlimited complimentary WI/FI, flat screen TVs in each room with complimentary Apple TV (use your account)
