The Space:
This house will have you feeling like you've had a true Mudjimba experience. With the sounds of the ocean and coastal sea breeze leaving you so relaxed, you will never want to go home!

The large dining table is inviting, there is a BBQ and a great outdoor undercover area for al fresco dining.
All basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, etc. are all provided!
The couch is luxurious for when downtime is needed, and free Wi-Fi is included.
All linen for bedding & bathroom is provided and included in the cleaning fee. Washing machine & dryer available for use.
We have a porta cot and a highchair for our younger guests. Childrens books and Toys.
Fully fenced backyard where your furry friends & children can freely play.
Guest Access:
Entire property available for guests. Side of the house garage is unlocked and contains an extra gas bottle for BBQ and pool toys. **Please ensure supervision of children in this area.
There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.

The Neighborhood:
Mudjimba is a laid back surfing village full of respectful and friendly folk that are dog mad! It is one of the last remaining relatively unspoit areas of the Sunshine Coast.
Getting Around:
Plenty of public transport available close by if required. Buses, uber, taxis etc.
Council buses travel to Coolum and Noosa and also south to Maroochydore. Sunshine Coast airport is only 5kms away.
Other Things to Note:
State forests surround the sleepy surfing village. The family friendly beach is fantastic and the local cafes are an easy 5 minute walk away. It feels like you are instantly on holidays.
Dogs are allowed Off- leash about 2km down the Surf beach and On- leash on the front main beach and parks. There is an extensive bike track and a still water dog off- leash area in the nearby Maroochy River. Simply fabulous!
Mudjimba has a convenience store, coffee shops, surf shop, Italian restaurant and the High tide bar ( friendly locals hang out there Friday and Sunday afternoon). Thoroughly enjoyable!
Neighbouring Pacific Paradise 2kms away has a Coles, chemist, bottle shop, Dominos doctors, physio, dentists and other services.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
