Full length bi-folds open onto the top deck that overview the panoramic and ever changing colours of the Anglesea Heathlands, the local golf course, views of countryside that go forever.
The property with 2 street frontages, 4 x bedrooms, 4 x bathrooms over 3 levels with a pool and self-contained Cabana room that guests can use as a private getaway, this area can only be accessed from the main property itself. (4th bedroom is the cabana)
The top floor has huge bedrooms with their own en suites, spacious WIR, and tastefully decorated.
The middle level houses all the main family meeting areas, cooking facilities for the 'Jamie Oliver' of the group with its own walk-in pantry, spacious dining and living areas that lead onto the deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Follow the staircase downstairs to the lower level with more concrete polished floors and access to the pool and cabana area.
The lower level has its own powder room hidden under the stairs, a fully functional kitchenette complete with stainless steel fridge. The rumpus room is big enough for extra guests if needed, access from here leads to the outside seating area with a beautiful water feature, cabana where you can slip into an evening slumber after doing multiple laps in the fully fenced pool.
The property is close to all Anglesea has to offer, walks in the surrounding hinterland, local fauna and wildlife are in abundance, cliff walks are nearby and of course the famous Anglesea Golf Course with its huge population of world famous kangaroos. A quick 2 minute drive and you are at the Anglesea Main Beach and Point Roadknight Beach, both of these beaches are patrolled in the summer months.
On the river front there are summer markets, playgrounds, skate park and just across from there are tennis courts, The Arthouse to try your hand at some new skills or paint to your hearts content.
