The large open plan living, dining area is the perfect place to entertain, relax or watch your favourite sporting event. The quiet location is perfect. At this stage this is the only home in the street, so whilst the property is still close to all town facilities, you will feel a mile away from any crowds. The enclosed yard, with lush green lawns makes it perfect for kids.
Please note that a permanent tenant lives in a seperate, fully-contained unit located at the rear of the property. Their space has their own entrance and does not share indoor amenities with the guests.
