Situated on a working cattle farm within 40 minutes of Bathurst, Orange, and Cowra, Hilton Homestead is perfect for those looking to experience the serenity and solitude of the open country while still being close to regional centres. For a local experience, the property is only a 10 minute drive from the historic town of Carcoar and 30 minutes to both Millthorpe and Canowindra.
Ideal for small groups and families, Hilton Homestead has five (5) beautifully furnished bedrooms with two king beds, one queen, one double, and two singles. On request an additional bed can be added to the office as a sixth bedroom, to accommodate 12 people in total.
The kitchen and dining areas are stunning with an adjoining outside entertainment area on the verandah overlooking the expansive garden. You can also relax in the lounge room in front of the fireplace, the sunroom or the TV room.
The homestead is fully equipped with a coffee machine, internet connection, Netflix, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the entire homestead, a combustion fireplace for the cooler months, brand new equipment including Weber BBQ, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with cold water and ice maker and clothes washer and dryer.
For those looking to escape technology, several of the areas famous wineries and restaurants are only a short drive away.
