This cosy and comfortable cottage is in a great central location of Tin Can Bay. The house consists of three bedrooms (please note one bedroom is accessed via another bedroom). Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with ceiling fan and plenty of storage options if you wish to unpack and make yourself at home. Bedroom 2 is accessed via Bedroom 3 and has a double bed with ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a single bed plus some storage space.
The loungeroom has a 2 seater sofa with 2 single seats with TV. There is a ceiling fan plus additional pedestal fans if required. There is no dining area inside but there are 2 outdoor settings on the back deck. Easy walk to the foreshore where you can enjoy walks along the new footpath and boardwalks. Great for kids on their bikes or scooters.
The kitchen comes with the usual appliances such as fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooktop and has all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery that you need for an enjoyable stay. Whilst there is no separate laundry there is a front load washing machine in the kitchen if required.
The property has a few stairs up to the front door with some additional stairs from the house to the back deck and pool area. The shower is also a combination over the bath tub.
There is a large covered deck out the back which overlooks the inground pool. The backyard is fully fenced. There is no covered carparking available but there is room for carparking or boat parking off street.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
