HOLIDAY MAGIC is a renovated 4 bedroom holiday home right on the esplanade that sleeps up to 11 guests with the beach across the road, a short walk away. Guest numbers are 11 however the maximum adults is 6 as the bunk beds and single bed are for children only.
Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, Caffitaly coffee machine with pods available from Woolworths, dining with a ceiling fan. There are two highchairs available.
Living area with new LED TV, DVD, tuner and sound system, reverse cycle air conditioner ceiling fan and wood burning free standing combustion heater, bring your own wood or wood is available from the community centre .
Front deck and verandah with seating, rear verandah is covered and houses a 4 burner BBQ alongside outdoor table and chairs under a large market umbrella.
Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath. Laundry with sink, and front load washing machine. There is a separate w/c off the laundry.
Floors are easy care timber look for hygienic purposes. Bathroom, laundry and toilet have tiled floors.
There is a porta cot with mattress and bedding available.
Bed configuration – main bedroom - queen and single bed -child only, with a ceiling fan – bed 2 - queen bed with ceiling fan – bed 3 - 2 x bunks-children only – bed 4 – queen bed with air conditioner.
Fully fenced back yard. Plenty of room for boat and cars through carport and in driveway. There is a covered fish cleaning facility in back yard.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
