The upstairs balcony offers an ideal vantage point for observing the twilight sailing races. The entire home is equipped with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and there are TVs on both levels. Two primary bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while a third bedroom includes 2 bunk beds and another queen-sized bed, making it perfect for a holiday with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. The property boasts two bathrooms and a laundry with a top-loading washing machine. Guests can use the picnic table by the waterfront or retreat to the spacious backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
