3 Bedroom House in St Leonards
Our home is in a very quiet and secluded avenue located only 400 metres to the nearest beach and a 10 minute walk along the beach to St Leonards main Street, the hotel/pub and cafes. Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale are located a short 20 minute drive away; the many wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula are also within a short 10-20 minute drive.
The mainly native front and rear garden is home to many birds and provides a beautiful & relaxed environment.
Enjoy sitting on the large and private front outdoor deck having your breakfast each morning, listening to the bird life awake for the days activities.
Edwards Point walking track is a short 10 minute walk away, where you have direct access to bush and beach trail walks.
As the day draws to an end, you may wish to fire up the BBQ or sit in the back yard under the shade of the fully grown avocado tree & with some luck you can pick your own avocados if they are ripe!
Inside the house, you will find that it will comfortably sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own ensuite with a full bath and wonderful large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom, a king single bed and a single bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom.
If you enjoy entertaining, the modern kitchen will provide all that you need, with a microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop & an electric oven. You may wish to dine inside at the table, or move outside to the front deck table and chairs. If it gets a little cold, overhead ceramic heaters will provide the heat and comfort you need or move inside to the wood fired heater for that cosy feeling.
Other amenities include reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and a ceiling fan and wall heater in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have oil heaters available for cold nights and fans.
There is ample off street parking for cars and a boat if needed with high front fence to the property. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
NBN Wifi is available, overhead outdoor heaters, fire pit and gas BBQ for your use.
And for Dog Lovers... Dogs are very welcome! We just ask that you keep them off all couches and beds.
Please Note: there is no access to the garage and the decor is different to that in the photos. There is now an outdoor lounge setting on the verandah, along with a dining table.
