Walking distance to well known dining area - Beaumont Street, close to Newcastle farmers market, as well as a stones throw to Broadmeadow train station to help you explore the city or head off to Sydney for the day. The train from Broadmeadow meets the new Newcastle light rail - enabling you to get to Hunter street, Newcastle Civic Theatre, past Queens wharf (ferry to Stockton) ending at Newcastle beach without needing a car.
If cycling or walking is your thing - we are also close to the start of the famous Fernliegh track - 15.5 km former railway line stretching from Adamstown to Belmont passing through many areas to enjoy walking and mountain biking.
Less 10 minute drive to Newcastle's great beaches.
If you are bringing your furry friend (prior approval required - please notify us when booking) , the rear garden is enclosed and we are a10 minutes walk from an off leash area for those that want to run a little more (Adamstown off lease area).
Please clean up after your furry friend. We do not charge additional cleaning for pets but will impose a fee of 250 AUD if the house and property are not left in good condition - photos will be provided if this fee will be imposed.
