Summary: Would totally give this place a 5star except for two things: one of the night clerks was really rude and condescending. The other, our room AC did not go below 66 (we like our room COLD in order to sleep) but the sitting area room went all the way down to 60. Other than those two issues, we had a great stay. Breakfast was great every morning. Something for everyone. And the rest of the front end staff was curteous and helpful. The location is perfect for families - quiet. And located right across the street from a small strip of restaurants! I would def stay here again. One of the managers, Antonio McDougald was a really great help when we couldnt get our originally reaerved suite because of a flooding in the room above - he was able to find accommodations that fit our needs. Not to mention he was VERY patient with me when I was very demanding. We appreciate him very much! Great place to stay with your family.
