Spacious, light & stylishly furnished character home on the fringe of Hobart. Within walking distance to North Hobart, Hobart's finest cafe & restaurant precinct and only a short five minute drive to the Hobart CBD.
You will not be disappointed with our well equipped house which has been set up to accomodate 2 couples plus 2 children.
If you are visiting Hobart to enjoy all of the fine things on offer, our space will provide the perfect comfort for you to base your self.
The living area has stunning views of the River Derwent, Hobart City & Tasman Birdge. A heat pump and wood-fire ensure you stay toasty warm on those cooler nights. Complimentary high speed internet services the property.
The kitchen is well equipped for everything you will need - you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink prior to stepping out to the local restaurants/cafes all within a short-walk or you can prepare your own meals in our well equipped kitchen with local Tasmania produce from neighbourhood Grocers or the Sunday Farmers Market. We provide a simple pantry of milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper, hot chocolate, tea & coffee for guests.
The main bathroom has overhead heat lamps, a shower with outstanding pressure and bath. We supply Sukin hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The laundry has a washing machine, along with washing liquid that you're welcome to use throughout your stay.
There is off-street parking for one vehicle. The yard is fully-fenced and you are welcome to bring your furry friend along for your stay.
Your booking is a private booking & you will have exclusive access to all amenities, including a very well equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge room, bathroom, laundry and fenced yard.
Our standard listed rate is for 4 guests sharing the 2x queen-size bedrooms.
If you wish to use single bed in the third bedroom, it is an additional $50 per night for the duration of the booking. If this is the case, please book for 5 guests to enable Airbnb to process this correctly and the second bedroom will be made up, ready for your arrival.
Additional guests are an extra $50 per person per night for the duration of the booking, we can accommodate a total of 6 guests.
We encourage long term stays and can discuss discounts for these when requested. Please ask us about this for anything over a month (we already give weekly and monthly discounts).
