This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and family fun. With two generous living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and year-round heating and cooling, the home is designed for both family entertaining and unwinding. Three furnished balconies and an upstairs sundeck with loungers provide multiple spots to soak in the incredible outlook. For families, the outdoor area includes a trampoline, sand pit, and soccer goals – perfect for keeping kids entertained. Driveway parking is available for up to three cars.
The highlight of the property is the heated mineral salt spa, where you can relax while gazing over the bay. The spa ihas a mineral salt chlorinator which offers softer, silkier water with less skin, eye, and hair irritation, reduced chlorine odour, with less-chemicals required to maintain so it is more eco-friendly.

It’s just a 7-minute drive to Rosebud or McCrae bay beaches for family-friendly swimming, and around 15 minutes to Rye Ocean Beach or Gunnamatta for surf lovers. From the property, you also have direct walking access to Arthurs Seat National Park and the Two Bays Trail, perfect for mountain biking, bushwalking, and exploring.
