YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO MAKE THIS BOOKING, ALL NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AT TIME OF BOOKING, ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL
CHECK-IN POLICY
Please note that the latest staff assisted check in is 11pm. Only prior organised after hours check in is possible. There are certain criteria which will need to be met. Please contact us to request assistance.
In order for us to allow after hours check in (after Midnight) we will require the following:
* Copy of your Passport from anyone checking in
Once we receive this, with notice, we can give instructions on how to obtain your key and how to get to your room.
