Each capsule is equipped with the latest technology, including ceiling lights, mirror lights and multiple USB ports. Accessed using a private keycard, your capsule allows you to control the air ventilaion and store small personal items in an in-capsule safe. Larger pieces of luggage can be stored in a secured locker.
Please be advised that the reception hour is 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. The check in time is 11 am to 4:30 pm. Guest who require late check in (after 4:30 pm) MUST contact hotel for confirmation and obtain self-check in password & instruction in advance. Otherwise you will NOT be able to check in. Please manage your time accordingly and inform us about your arrival time.

Lost, damage and fail to return room key card – AUD 20 fee
All guest is required to show valid photo ID (passport or Australian drivers' licence) upon check in. We will scan the guest's photo ID.
All guests must use their own card to pay for the reservation and show the card upon check in.
If guests did not use their own card, we will need the card holder's photo ID, photo of the card (front and back side) and signed authorisation letter.
