Summary: Location was the one positive. Hotel was outdated. Room wasn't very clean. Wallpaper was peeling of the walls and ceiling. Black spots all over the shower. Pretty sure it was mold. They advertised a buffet breakfast, but it isn't. Instead you choose from 3 really bad meals. We stayed at 4 different hotels while touring around Japan. This is the only one that charged a tourist tax. If i had my time back. We wouldn't have stayed here. Glad we only stayed a few nights and most of it was out touring Osaka and kyoto.
