Located 8 mins from the small boutique township of Ballan, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, native wildlife, and revitalizing mineral springs. It's a comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.Unwind and take in the surroundings with the provided tree hammocks, or enjoy a paddle around the dam in the canoe. (life vests provided)You're welcome to bring a fishing rod and try your luck, or see if you can even catch a yabbie! (one net provided)Summer evenings are best enjoyed at the picnic area by the dam, watching the sun set and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddock perched within the area.
