Located 8 mins from the small boutique township of Ballan, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, native wildlife, and revitalizing mineral springs. It's a comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.Unwind and take in the surroundings with the provided tree hammocks, or enjoy a paddle around the dam in the canoe. (life vests provided)You're welcome to bring a fishing rod and try your luck, or see if you can even catch a yabbie! (one net provided)Summer evenings are best enjoyed at the picnic area by the dam, watching the sun set and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddock perched within the area. However, access to other paddocks (e.g., such as horse paddocks) without prior approval from the land host is prohibited.Interaction with Guests:Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.During warmer months, the dam in which the Tiny Divine Farmstay is situated may be shared by the Hosts.Other Things to Note:- No WiFi- Good mobile reception with Telstra- Solar-powered- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am- Motorbikes are not allowed- No smoking allowed on the property- Water sourced comes from harvested rainfall- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)- Before checking out, please keep our tiny house clean and make sure to wash your dishes after use- Some spaces are sharedGuest Advisory- We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet.
