Enjoy cooking up a storm in the deluxe chef's kitchen, with open plan dining flowing out onto a large entertaining space with undercover outdoor dining table. Equipped with a BBQ, seating for 10, and a multitude of living areas to chill, you truly will have found paradise from the moment you step inside this stunning property.
Take a stroll around the bay (we will leave directions for a private bay beach only a few minutes walk away that only the locals know about!!) , or wander down to the wharf and catch a ferry to Bundeena. There are a myriad of award-winning restaurants a three minute drive away in Cronulla, with many offering high quality food through all your favourite online delivery platforms too.
Great coffee is also close by, and our guests will be treated to a $50 voucher for an indulgent breakkie or lunch from our local favourite, Our Father, Burraneer.
The home is the perfect retreat for kids of all ages, with plenty of toys, games and activities, as well as a Springfree trampoline with basketball hoop, a large backyard with plenty of space for a game of soccer, cricket or football, and a pool that catches the sun all year round.
The house has ducted air conditioning throughout, and a cosy gas fireplace in the main living area, ensuring your comfort in all seasons.
The home is also a strictly NO SMOKING property inside or anywhere on the grounds including the balconies, pool area and garden - any breach of this rule will result in the full bond being deducted.

Burraneer is a quiet, leafy peninsula suburb with views out across the bay to Cronulla. A two minute stroll down the hill is the Royal Motor Yacht Club Burraneer, with waterfront access and a full restaurant and bar, and breakfast on weekends. Or take an easy five minute walk up the road, you will find the local cafe, bakery, grocer, butcher and general store.
Less than three minutes drive away you will find the beachside suburb of Cronulla, featuring a wide range of activities including surf beaches and breaks, a 3.5km Oceanside walk along The Esplanade, the ferry trip to Bundeena and exploring the Royal National Park, parks, a movie cinema, and world class cafes and restaurants.
There is plenty of free parking on and around our home, with a bus stop just around the corner. Woolooware train station is a 2-minute drive away. We are about 30 minutes from Sydney Airport and 45 minutes from Sydney Central Business District.
