The space
Ground floor - open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen leads out to the fully fenced backyard lounge area. The outdoor lounge and chairs are protected from rain by a covered pergola.
There is also an internal laundry with washer dryer and half bathroom on the ground floor.
First floor - bedroom 1 with king size bed, sunroom and glass doors overlooking the backyard. Bedroom 2 with queen size bed and fully enclosed balcony.
There is also a full size bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
Guest access
The ground floor, first floor and backyard is all yours to enjoy. The third floor will be locked.
Other things to note
Please be aware - we keep beehives on our roof. Generally you won't notice the bees however occasionally you will spot one in the garden.
