Introducing Charlesworth Bay Beach House, a must-stay for beach luxury and comfort. A spacious home offering views from every room, sleeping 13 guests it’s a must visit for your next family holiday. This expansive Hampton style beachfront home has stunning ocean views and kilometre of sand and surf at your doorstep.
Entering the property, you are greeted with the light filled entry foyer, to the left is the first of many bedrooms. This room features a king bed, ceiling fan, BIR, and direct access to a bathroom.
Walking across to the other side of the house is bedroom 2, this room has a double bed, study nook and ensuite and ceiling fan. This room offers direct access to the ‘kids’ room’ with a queen bed and 2x singles, there is plenty of room for them to play. Bedroom 4 has breathtaking ocean views, a queen bed.
The top level of the house is the parents retreat, a large master bedroom with a king bed, a private balcony, ensuite and large walk-in robe. The views from this room and the balcony have impressive views, you’ll never want to leave. Another bedroom with a single bed is offered on the top floor, also with a kitchenette and robe.
Be impressed with the expansive, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday and a modern dining area with indoor and outdoor seating for many guests– a perfect entertainer’s delight. If you decide to spend all your time by the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower to wash off before re-entering the house.
Charlesworth Bay Beach House is on the north side of Coffs Harbour and close to all the culinary delights it has to offer. From here you can drive to centre of town without having to drive along to highway. A short 10-minute drive to the airport, there really is no excuse not to stay.
This stunning north facing property provides everything you could possibly need to make your stay in Coffs Harbour a luxurious, stress-free escape that will stay in your memory long after you leave. There are external cameras at the front and back of the property.
