Iona Stables and Inn is located on a 35-acre farm just east of Rt 1, at a little crossroads called Argo’s Corner. We are situated 3 miles south of Milford, DE. It is only 3 miles to the Delaware Bay and 16 miles to the Ocean at Cape Henlopen State Park. The Lewes, Rehoboth, Tanger Outlets, and Delaware beaches and State Parks are located just south of us along the Rt 1 corridor. We are located 1 mile south of the new Bayhealth Medical Center. We are also 9 miles south of the DE Turf Sports Complex.
To enhance all our guest's safety at Iona Stables and Inn, we have installed UV lights on all the air handlers that service the house. Approximately every 10 minutes, all the inside air is being disinfected from bacteria, viruses, and mold particles. The UV lights are in addition to the MERV 13 filter cartridges we use in all our air handlers. Just another way, we strive to make your stay at Iona Inn a comfortable stay.
