A large front yard leads you into the entrance foyer of the house and to the left you find a spacious, L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area with a large ‘Smart’ TV and 3 lounges, providing comfortable seating for 8 people. The light-filled dining area has 2 tables for 6 and 4 people respectively and flows through to a fully-equipped kitchen fitted with white cabinetry, a granite-topped island bench with 3 stools, a 4-burner electric cooktop, wall-mounted oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Off the kitchen you’ll find a 2nd living area with a large wrap-around modular sofa seating 8 people, another ‘Smart’ TV and a ceiling fan. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet. A roomy backyard has a lawn area, a marquee-covered dining setting and family-sized barbecue, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Of the house’s 5 available bedrooms, one is downstairs with a queen-sized bed, while the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom offers a queen size brass bed, private en-suite and walk-in robe. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, while 2 other bedrooms both have a pair of single beds in them. All the upstairs bedrooms have built-in robes and block-out blinds, with ceiling fans in all but one of the upstairs bedrooms (with single beds), and the ground floor bedroom.
The first floor also has a large bathroom with separate shower and bath, slate grey floor-to-ceiling tiles and a vanity.

Sanctuary Point is a relaxed, beachy town in the Shoalhaven region of NSW. Located on the shores of St Georges Basin and not far from Jervis Bay, it’s a great base from which to explore this stunning area. Both Hyams Beach and the charming seaside town of Vincentia are about a 10 minute drive from the house, with beautiful Huskisson Beach a little further and Callalla Beach a little further still. It’s a 15 minute drive to Booderee National Park.

* This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
