Low set newly renovated and fully fenced home. Two bedrooms sleeps 5 (1Q, 1Tribunk). The main bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.
A beautiful place to relax in the heart of Toogoom. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or fishing and at night and sit on the lounged patio and enjoy a BBQ and fresh fish. There are kitchen bi-fold windows that open up to make a servery which connects to one of the two patio areas, one patio has a ceiling fan. There is also a fire pit to enjoy those winter nights.
Clean the catch of the day on the fish cleaning bench and cook the crabs on the BBQ. Beach Towels are provided for the children.
There is WIFI for your pleasure and a smart TV mounted in the air conditioned lounge room. All living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as in the patio area. The master bedroom also has air conditioning for those hot nights.
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, cooktop and microwave. The living area has two large double doors to let that sea breeze in.
A short 3 minute walk to the end of the street and you land on the secluded Toogoom Beach.
The driveway is long enough to accommodate 2 cars and a boat.
The outdoor laundry boasts a washer for your convenience.
Sheets and bath towels are supplied and the beds will be made up for you.

The owners do ask to please not park on the grass. No smoking inside.
Inside pets only upon application if non-shedding. Sorry no cats.
