PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. If you need to any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
