Summary: Room clean and comfortable,tv not user friendly, had to go at front desk to get some coffee packets, time share sales rep Nani charged us $40 for a time share sales presentation,had to call her one week later to find out why my card was not refunded after we had attended presentation, not resolved yet. Not too happy with her customer service.
