Wonderful location! We are located on prestigious Lullfitz Drive, a safe, tree lined semi rural area tucked behind the sand dunes of Cable Beach. We are a unique area as our proximity to town means everything is accessible to us but our surroundings are tranquil bushland giving you the feeling that you are miles from anyone. Chinatown is 5.5 kilometres away. Cable Beach precinct with all restaurants and resorts just 2.5 kilometres. If you are feeling fit you can walk through the dunes to beautiful Cable Beach.
We are a 3 acre property of beautiful bushland and fruit trees. This year we completed a full restoration our 3 bed cottage, complete with brand new appliances and new furnishings chosen with your comfort in mind.
You will spot bird life in abundance, wallabies, frill neck lizards, and other native wildlife depending on the seasons.
Your master bedroom has a mandi bathroom with outdoor bath and shower so you can gaze at the stars while bathing.
... and you are only minutes from town!
The space..
Kookaburra is a wonderfully relaxing space and very peaceful. We welcome guests to share our slice of paradise with you.
We live on site, Leanne works from home so is available if needed to answer any queries.

Guest access..
Our home is on one side of the property and Kookaburra is on the other. There is also a meditation/ yoga studio that you can access for self practise, this is a shared space as owner uses this also.
Other things to note..
Kookaburra cottage has been lovingly restored and all appliances, beds and furniture are brand new and chosen with your comfort in mind.
We are accessible to town - Cable Beach precinct with all resorts and restaurants is only 2.5 kilometres. Chinatown is only 5.5 kilometres but you will need a car for your stay in Broome.
The cottage suits couples, families, corporates and retreats, this is not a party property as we are located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.
No pets at the cottage as we have our own pets here and 6 free ranging chicken
