KOOKAS NEST - Waterfront home tranquil setting. Opposite Gogleys lagoon. Playground, park boat ramp and break wall straight across the road, a fishermans and paddle delight. Pilot Beach 5 minutes drive, North Haven surf break 10 minutes drive. Relax on the deck and take in the bird life. Comfortable home with airco in lounge room, ceiling/wall fans in all bedrooms. Smart TV, WIFI will be installed in end April/begin May 2019. Large hooded gas BBQ, Linen provided.
BEDDING AND LAYOUT
4 beds: 2 queen beds (master bedroom and second bedroom), 1x double/single bunk. Sleeps 7 people in total.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Master bedroom with ensuite. Main bathroom in hallway with vanity, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
THE SPACE
Two story house. UPSTAIRS: all living spaces are located on the first floor to take in the views, featuring a lounge and outdoor deck on one side and kitchen and dining on the other side. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Downstairs features the entrance hall, large double lock up garage, internal storage space, BBQ area and large fully fenced yard. The front yards open on to the street.
STAIRLIFT FOR ELDERLY
An internal stair lift is available for guests that cannot climb stairs, so everybody can enjoy the tranquil water views from the first floor living spaces. Please notify us if you like to use the lift so we can unlock it for you.

SURROUNDINGS
Kattang Nature Reserve is at the end of the street and provides beautiful headland hiking trails. Watch the whales migrate from May-Nov from Point P.
Dunbogan boat shed is 7 minutes by foot along the board walk and sells coffee and rents water sports devices.
PRICING
Base price is based on an occupancy of 4 guests. Extra guests pay an additional fee per person per night to cover extra laundry and cleaning, the booking system will automatically calculate the right price.
