Summary: Kitchen was new and nice and clean. Bathrooms could do with the same spruce up. A previous tenant left food and other stuff in the bins which had attracted a large number of flies which hung around the back terrace area and were a real issue. The ceiling fan helped a bit to get rid of them though they were an issue for us every day. The yard is large which was great and i love how you can drive the car around the back and drive out forward.
