Kooroora is set on 1100 sqm of waterfront reserve property and house with an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room facing the lake with breathtaking views.
A rumpus room and outdoor dining area and bbq are also provided.
The 3 bedrooms include 1 x King Bed, 1 x Queen Bed and 2 x Singles. The rumpus room includes 2 single/sofa beds suitable for children only.
Kooroora is suitable for maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Guests are invited to use the 2 kayaks provided (with watershoes/lifevests) to explore the lake at their leisure, fish from the shared jetty or sit back and await the incredible sunsets.
This lakeside and waterfront reserve property is in a quiet family neighbourhood. We ask our guests to consider the privacy and peace of our neighbours at all times and to ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm.
Guests must ensure children are supervised at the waterfront at all times. We recommend the use of water shoes and life jackets and have provided a variety of water shoes and jackets for safety and comfort when accessing the water.
