Walk across the road to swim in the calm blue waters of Botany Bay which are ideal for all water sports, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, windsurfing. A 7 minute drive to the spectacular surfing beaches of Cronulla, including the 4WD beach at Boat Harbour.
The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families, sleeping 8-9 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a powder room upstairs. 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom downstairs.
With flexible bedding configuration bedrooms with single beds can be converted to king beds and a childs trundle bed can be placed in any room on request.
With large bi-fold doors leading out to the spacious front deck offering uninterrupted views over Botany Bay and the city skyline. A large flat yard including decked swim spa, there is no shortage of places to relax.
The ample kitchen is equipped with state of the art smeg appliances, caesar stone bench tops, and all the kitchen essentials.
The town has a relaxed coastal feel. The esplanade stretches the length of the beachfront with the boat ramp and children's playground at one end and Kamay National Park with wharf and education centre at the other end.
The town has many local cafes, takeaway shops and recreation club. The coffee is fantastic.
