Park your boat on your own private dock and watch the ducks, geese and heron from the screened porch.
The house sits on 4.5 acres giving you all the privacy and space you need yet you are only 0.6 miles from Break on the Lake, one of Lake Greenwood’s premier restaurants. Also within a mile are two places to launch your boat or jet ski. This property also provides a pedal boat and 3 double person kayaks if you just want a quiet relaxing day on the water. Two fire pits, one near the beach and one near the house are provided for your enjoyment.
Rainy weather? No problem. The house boasts two arcade games, a shuffle board table and bumper pool for your enjoyment. An assortment of board games and books have also been provided. Each bedroom has a TV with Dish network and a large flat screen overhangs the fully functioning gas fireplace in the living room. Covered parking for up to four vehicles is also provided. Be aware that the cabin does NOT have WI-FI but phone reception is excellent.
