Perfect for couples. Convenient holiday spot straight across from the lake, playground and the beach, fantastic views, classic holiday home suitable for couples or small families with plenty of space over two levels. The ocean sounds and views make you instantly relax. Take away and coffee shop on the corner. Surfing, swimming, fishing, cafes, bowling club, Woolworths all within 3 min. walk or drive. Only 15 minutes to Port Macquarie. Located in a quiet street.
LAYOUT AND BEDDING
5 beds in total:
Upstairs: 1 Queen bed in master and second bedroom with 1 double/single bunk. Downstairs 1 double bedroom, and TV room with sofa bed. Downstairs shower and toilet and laundry area.
BBQ, COFFEE, WIFI
Downstairs undercover deck has a gas BBQ and picnic table. Currently no coffee machine, the coffee shop is right next door and instant coffee is provided in the house.
WIFI currently not available yet, will be installed by end April 2020.
PARKING. Onsite off parking available on driveway, fits 3-4 cars. Plenty of space for boats. The garage is not accessible to guests, it is used by owners for storage.
NO PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed given the yard is not fully fenced. We have many other pet friendly holiday homes, please filter on `pet friendly¿ or chat to us about your needs.

No school groups or under 21 groups.
