The Space:
This tranquil hide-away is a great place to take time-out from the stress of life. Just sit back, take in the lake views, the breeze and the abundant birdlife.
As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find yourself in 'holiday mode'. With its open plan living areas, polished floors, floor to ceiling glass doors leading on to a wide deck that spans the length of the house, modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with linen and towels provided (main bedroom upstairs with a designer ensuite) the other two queen beds downstairs with another bathroom, additional sitting room and laundry.
This property will provide you with all that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and also Includes Wifi, Sonos and a Smart TV. A selection of board games such as monopoly and scrabble are available as well as puzzle and colouring in books with pencils for your enjoyment.

Outside dogs are welcome. Not only will you appreciate your holiday but your pets will too. Dogs will enjoy an early morning swim just as much as their owners and there is a fully fenced yard to keep them safe. There are also dog friendly beaches nearby.
Surfing beaches are only minutes away with a choice of many such a Rennies and Racecourse Beach.
This property is also a boat lovers paradise with the local boat ramp only 100 metres away. The lake is also a great place to fish, water ski and paddle you SUP.
Kings Point has fabulous level, walking and biking tracks and a great council playground. Located only 5 minutes from Ulladulla's beautiful harbour, specialty shops, cafes and award winning restaurants.
