This stunning park side home is large enough for the biggest of families. We have four beautiful bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Two large living areas, indoor and outdoor dining, heating and cooling throughout. Chefs' kitchen with two ovens, stone bench and gas stovetop. Wi-Fi and smart TV's, gorgeous gas fireplace. Balcony looking out to the park. Walking distance to cafes and short drive to the beach. Double garage, perfectly setup for family groups. Free Wi-Fi and full linen provided.
Downstairs we have two large living areas both with smart tv’s on the ground floor, one with gas fireplace. Fully equipped stunning kitchen with two ovens and gas stove top and Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in one plus drying cupboard. Bedroom One with ensuite. (Queen bed). Separate powder room.
Upstairs to a dedicated study/workspace with a fold out single bed if required plus:
Bedroom Two with queen bed and single floor mattress with ensuite
Bedroom Three with king bed and ensuite
Bedroom Four with two singles beds with family bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet right next door.
On this level is a small kitchenette area with fridge, ice cold water and boiling water for an early morning cuppa.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
