Newly renovated, this stunning central Federation home is the largest central home listed on HomeAway in Orange, sleeping up to 12 people with no sofa beds in sight!
The Home. Orange features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main home. Plus a studio with its own ensuite, TV and lounge. Wander to the Farmer's Market (first Sat of every month) for some gourmet local produce and enjoy cooking it in our large fully equipped kitchen.

Lounging | The home. Orange has two lounge rooms and a lounge area in the studio. There are 4 televisions in total to ensure everyone can have their own space and time for relaxation. Apple TV is in the main lounge room.
Outdoors | Playground with slide, swings and cubby house, a sand pit and an extensive driveway - all perfect for kids playing and bike riding. Outdoor dining tables x 2 and outdoor lounges.

Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests so you have access to the right number of bedrooms, otherwise they are locked and unavailable. Please be in touch to finalise the bed arrangements you need, for example - do you need the King beds split into singles or, do you only have 6 guests in total but all would prefer their your own room. We are very accommodating but need to know in advance of the cleaners preparing the house for your stay.
If additional (unbooked) guests have stayed at the property you will be charged accordingly.
Please note that this is not a party house. You will lose your security deposit, or part of it, by way of compensation to the neighbours if noise continues beyond 10pm at night and they let me know.
By booking this home you are acknowledging that this is the case and you will keep noise to a minimum and inside after 10pm.
If you’d like to party, please book a house out of town as this is a quiet residential street and our neighbours are very accommodating about our Airbnb and we don’t want to jeopardise that or their comfort.
