This is a stylish newly built villa on the seafront in the beautiful region of Agia Marina, 200m from the sandy beach and 9 km from the city of Chania.
Villa Lavender is in 3 levels and it can accommodate 6 people plus 1 guest on the couch or truckle bed plus 1 baby to swing.
Modern architecture, beautiful furniture and high standard quality materials have been placed in this villa for your enjoy. The warm colors and the view from all the windows and the balconies of the house create an effect of romantic elegance, warmth and an intimate atmosphere that both relaxes and refreshes.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find the living room area (has tv, dvd player, some books, games like backgammon / jenga and an excellent wifi connection) with an indoor dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony which has an outdoor table for 6 people that you can enjoy your morning coffee or your wine.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with fine linen, fully Air conditioned and one bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms are double bedded (1 double bed and 2 single beds which they can also be joined) with access to their own balcony with unobstructed and unlimited view in the sea and the island of Theodorou or in the Cretan mountains.
On the down floor there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, with possibility to put cots in case you have a baby. From there you can go out to the garden with lawn, hanging swing, sezlong and everything else you may need so you can relax more. Also there is one spacious bathroom with a bathtub, fresh towels and washing machine.
Also the villa has in all rooms air-conditioner and central heating.
The courtyard has a private parking for at least two cars and a garden with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
Directly across the villa is the hotel "THEO" which features a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and a gym which LAVENDER VILLAS guests can use these facilites for free (from 1st of May until 15th of October).
