Le Shack is a cosy three bedroom home with glimpses of ‘the basin’ from the front of the property. You are guaranteed to see kangaroos in the area and you are only a few minutes walk to Palm Beach. Palm Beach is a 5 star beach and picnic area. It is very safe for swimming and great for fishing. There is a boat ramp down the road. The local cafe ‘The Sanctuary’ (highly recommended) is a two minute drive.
The local Country Club is a five minute drive and has a pickup and drop off service.

Le Shack is located in a quiet, leafy street in Sanctuary Point. There are water glimpses from the front of the property of beautiful Palm Beach.
Le Shack features a large double drive through lock up garage which has high clearance for a large boat. The property also has front and rear wheelchair access ramps and a secure back fence. There is a barbecue area.
