Well-located in Torquay’s Quay Estate, this single level family home is in a great location near sports
grounds, playgrounds and the skate park. Easy 5min walk to the supermarket, or 15min walk to the
beach. Enjoy the sunny north aspect living area, with a covered alfresco and BBQ for year-round
outdoor living. Amenities include wifi, ducted heating, SSAC, dual living areas and 4 bedrooms
including a master with ensuite.
The Space:
The spacious and well-considered layout of this home is perfect for family holidays or corporate bookings. Filled with sunlight and a relaxed coastal ambience, the décor and indoor plants reflect the greenery outside. The heart of the home is designed around a generous living area that opens to a private covered deck. Enjoy easy living with comfy lounges in both living rooms; main living has a Smart TV with Netflix connectivity, and the second lounge has a TV with Google Chrome, plus a study nook/desk for those that need to work from Torquay.
Climate control includes ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout, for comfort in all 4 bedrooms and both of the living rooms.
The well-appointed kitchen has quality appliances that include a 900mm oven and a gas cooktop. A step-in pantry, fully-equipped crockery, Aldi coffee pod machine, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the quality inclusions you can expect to find. Everyone comes together around the stone island bench or at the 6-seater dining table. Sliding doors open up to the deck and fenced backyard, so you can soak up the sunshine while you cook a BBQ, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach.
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and all are appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. There is a large master bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with vanity, shower, heat lamp and toilet. Three more bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, offering 2 Queens and a Twin Single bedroom – all with built-in robes. The family bathroom in rear wing has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Guests have access to the whole property, except the LOCKED garage & Sauna. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.
Please note that rear shed/studio is locked – not for guests’ use.

All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in Torquay, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza, or head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. On-street parking is
available, plus the driveway – please note you will NOT have access to the locked garage.
Public transport next to the house. Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.
