Stunning bedrooms, bathrooms (plus powder room), full kitchen and 2 generous living/TV rooms (wood heater for the colder months). Outside, wash away the sand under the copper outdoor shower then relax and unwind on the spacious covered deck with super-comfy outdoor lounge chairs and Weber Q barbie.
Cape’s Bay Beach (5-minute walk) and First Surf (10 minutes) are beautiful and close by. Explore the coastline and take in the views along the clifftop paths. Keep your eyes peeled for the local echidna and koala populations, too!
Located in a peaceful pocket of Cape Paterson, Cape Cottage is an easy 5-minute stroll to the shops where that must-have morning coffee awaits (along with gorgeous gifts and homewares) at Zeal and Flow. Grab fish’n’chips, coffee and all the essentials at The Channel Store, and head to The Cape Tavern for happy hour or a delicious meal.
The Property
The property features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry space, and a generous open-plan living area with large TV. There is also a second TV living space with a wood heater away from the open plan so ample TV watching for everyone. The 4 bedrooms sleep 10 guests in total.
Full linen and bath towels are included in the price and there is ample parking for 2 cars.
