Lovely beach house 1 street back (250m) from the amazing 90 mile beach, go to sleep listening the waves crash against the shore. Enjoy fishing, boating, long walks along the beach and say hi to the abundance of wildlife that stop by.
The house has just been renovated with a new kitchen with top of the range appliances, new bathroom and new outdoor bathroom with stone bath under the stars. The house has a great front deck with amazing views over the lake. The back yard has a patio area with fire pit, BBQ and hydrotherapy hot tub. It also has a log burning pot belly stove, 50 inch smart tv with Stan, Netflix & Bose audio, electric block out blinds and much more.
The Genial Store has the basics, food, meat, veg, bottle shop, fuel coffee and the best fish and chips. Sale is a 25 min drive with everything you could ever need.
The house is pet friendly but I do ask that you don't let pets in the bedrooms and that you cover the couch with a sheet if your fury friends like to sit on the couch. Please ensure all dishes are cleaned before you depart and the coffee machine has been cleaned
