Little Tractor House is perfectly located 10 minutes from Pemberton in the South West of WA for those who want to hide away and relax or go on an adventure. The 1/4 acre fenced farm house is surrounded by farmland & native bush, abundant with trails and wildlife. Our country farm house has all the amenities you expect from Grandma’s house, period furnishings, limited technology, comfortable beds, warm wood fire and a cosy fully equipped kitchen all with scenic rural views from every window.
The road is very quiet with only a few small farms and their families enjoying the tranquility. There is no WiFi and only Telstra phone signal making Little Tractor House the perfect place to relax, unplug and reconnect with family and get back to the simpler things in life. We are a working farm so expect farm animals and the occasional hum of a tractor.
You will have use of the whole house, however a couple of rooms are kept locked for storage purposes. Guests will be charged a nightly rate for 2 people and additional charges for extra guests over 2 people. The house is fully furnished with a cosy wood fire in the kitchen/dining area, and aircon in the lounge room and main bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen - all essential crockery, cutlery, cooking appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, Espressotoria coffee machine with complimentary pods) & cleaning products are provided.
There is a washing machine with complimentary wash powder, ironing board and iron, all located in the laundry.
Solar hot water system with a electric back up booster to ensure there is always piping hot water for showers. We do rely on rain water so we ask all of our guests to be Water Wise.
Step outside and you have 360 degree rural views. Stunning forest for a backdrop with the chance of seeing our resident emu in the paddock nearby.
Both the front and back yards are large grassed areas with plenty of trees, shrubs and flowers, some dating back to being planted in the 70's.
All bed linen, bath towels, kitchen hand towels are provided and are supplied by a local linen service.
Although we do not mind you having friends visit, it is not a party house and maximum capacity is 6 people.
Guest access
The house is located on its own private block with separate driveway. Entrance is through the back sliding door which has a covered area to leave shoes.
Other things to note
Check in is anytime after 2pm, please ask if you wish to arrive earlier and we can see what we can arrange for you. Check out time is 10am to ensure adequate time for cleaning.
**Please note - extra guests staying that are not included in the original booking will incur additional charges- refusal to pay will result in all guests being asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund.
Please place all of your rubbish in the bin and clean out the fridge before you leave.
Any damages/breakages, damage to linen/towels or lost keys should be advised immediately and will incur a charge. There is a fire extinguisher, any accidental discharge will incur a charge. No smoking allowed inside the house.
