Downstairs features large living room with rumpus room that includes a pool table. Internal access to a three car garage, fully equipped laundry with toilet, and downstairs bedroom. You will also be able to take in the waterfront views from the newly renovated kitchen with separate dining room.
Upstairs features the large master bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom and two bedrooms with wardrobe convenience. You will be able to take advantage of the beauty this property has to offer with upstairs verandah overlooking the water and downstairs patio that leads to the 2 private jetty to moor your boat (boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit from waterway) or take advantage and of the tinny provided with oars.
This property is strictly non-smoking. Linen is not provided, but can be hired just contact our office to arrange. A bond of 1000 AUD applies to all bookings.
