The Space:
Enter the apartment and to the left you’ll find a beautifully appointed, spacious living/dining area with air-con, polished floorboards and stylish artwork throughout, along with high ceilings featuring stunning chandeliers. There’s a comfy 3-seater sofa, 2 cowskin occasional chairs, a coffee table and rug for winter comfort. A round, glass-topped dining table seats up to 8 people. There’s also a separate space with its own sofa, rug and wall-mounted ‘smart’ TV. Grand floor-to ceiling wooden doors lead you into the kitchen area, allowing you to close it off if desired. The kitchen has a round marble-topped table and stainless-steel benchtops including an island bench with a double sink. It comes equipped with an induction cooktop, Miele under-bench oven, microwave, integrated family-sized fridge, Miele dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker.
A frameless glass safety gate opens up to an uber-stylish spiral staircase, taking you down the apartment’s lower level. Fully carpeted, you’ll first come to a work space with a desk and large-screen monitor that you can connect to your own laptop with an HDMI cable. The work space flows through to a bedroom (via doors which can be closed for privacy), offering a queen-sized bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with modern floor-to-ceiling tile work and a roomy shower recess with a glass screen. The other bedroom on this level is the master, offering a king-sized bed, air-con, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with its own stylish tiling, heated towel racks, a double shower, and full-sized bathtub. The apartment’s third bedroom is upstairs by the entrance and comes with a double bed.
A European style laundry provides a Bosch front loader washing machine and Electrolux dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Cosmopolitan Potts Point Bay is one of Sydney’s most sought after, centrally located suburbs, due to its close proximity to the Sydney CBD (Downtown), Paddington and Rushcutters Bay – you can walk to all three. The apartment is well located, surprisingly quiet for a residence that’s strolling distance to vibrant Kings Cross and Darlinghurst, with all their eateries, bars and clubs on offer. It’s literally 1 minute on foot to a Coles supermarket, with St Vincents Hospital, Rushcutters Bay Park, the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and Oxford Street, home to Sydney’s world renowned Mardi Gras parade, all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
It’s only a short stroll to Kings Cross Station, where you can catch train services into the CBD (Downtown) and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydney’s major shopping hubs. From there, it’s a short bus ride to Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach. Alternatively, bus services near the apartment can deliver you to the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Well trained pets can be accepted case by case.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
