First time listed - This beautiful house offers off street privacy with a large entertainers balcony that soaks up spectacular, uninterrupted views day and night. The open plan living - dining - kitchen area has glass sliding doors that open to the balcony on one side, and a beautiful courtyard on the other - creating one large space. South facing, the balcony offers views of Thirroul Beach, Sandon Point, the Escarpment, and Wollongong city in the distance... and in the summer, when the 'Nor-easter' winds like to frequent the East coast, you will be truly grateful that you can still sit and enjoy all this balcony has to offer. Watching the sunset over the mountains, while the lights start to come up in the city beyond, is simply breathtaking.
The courtyard also runs the length of the open plan living-dining area & offers a stunning water feature that will simply melt your stresses away - its pure bliss.
Then there's the Master bedroom - it also opens to the courtyard via large glass sliding doors - giving it a beautiful & peaceful ambiance. Honestly - there's more glass than walls in this house! The master bath includes a double shower space & large stone bath.
Two more bedrooms are found upstairs & each offer extra large picture windows with simply sensational views. Lucky your on holiday as you might just want to stay there all day - if not though... you can do a surf and weather check while your still in bed, to help you decide. Between the two ensuite bathrooms you will find the beautiful round deep soaking Japanese inspired spa bath large enough to share! The spa is in a seperate space with automatic blinds, lockable doors both sides, and its own special viewing window!
All bedrooms offer King size beds (Bedroom 3 can be made into 2 singles), and full size bathrooms.
The house also has a large open office space with purpose built drawing desks.

*Please not that this is a 4 level home that comprises an entrance (stairs/lift) on the ground floor and a seperate 1 bed apartment on the first floor. The house area comprises the top two floors, and includes the private courtyard and small back area with clothes line etc.
The apartment (1/10a) is offered separately, however we often stay there ourselves (if not travelling). It has it's own seperate side access and is not accessed via the main house.
