Newly renovated, this apartment is perfect for; A couple, a solo traveller, a family or an astute business person. The apartment is fully furnished, clean, clutter free, comfortable and convenient for all your needs. The Space: Furnished with designer decor, quality linen, cooking facilities, bathroom essentials, and street parking. The apartment is equipped with; ⁃ Easy access to street parking (unlimited) ⁃ Queen size bed with quality linen - 65 Inch 4k TV - WIFI - Nespresso coffee machine with provided pods - Electric Heater and electric blanket. - Ceiling fan ⁃ Cooking facilities -kettle, toaster, oven and gas cooktop. - a Samsung washer and dryer located in the apartment and provided powder. -clothes line and pegs for the apartment ⁃ Hanging space for a longer stay ⁃ Bathroom amenities - hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, ear buds, soap and sewing kit ⁃ Spare blankets and towels ⁃Iron and ironing board - Tea and coffee facilities, excluding refrigerated milk. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as can be. We live 10minutes away and are happy to assist 24/7. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor with new sheets and towels and has security lock door for safety. - If you have a small infant I can loan you a high chair and cot for the duration of your stay, (Must ask first) Please note: This is a home, not a hotel, we rent our home out for overseas travellers to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, With that being said please be respectful and mindful that there will be imperfections like any home that is used on a daily basis. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER; general wear and tear, aesthetics within the apartment eg; furnishings, surrounding noises from the street, passing cars or construction work taking place. Please do not use my towels to remove make up - I will have to charge you for any damages. *Please notify me if anything is missing on check in or check out so I can replace it immediately. *strictly no smoking within the apartment if you do I will charge you for any damages. *Please put the key back in the lockbox when you check out and SCRAMBLE THE NUMBERS(Very important!)** If you lose the key or the key isn't inside the lockbox when you check out, you will be charged $300 for a locksmith to come unlock and re-key the door. (We re-key the door for safety precautions) *strictly no pets allowed on the premises. Guest Access: The entire apartment- our home is fitted out specifically for Airbnb hosting and guests will have access to the entire apartment. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Interaction with Guests: We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :) The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is a beautiful area, across the road from a park and minutes away from public transport , the iconic Bondi Beach, Bondi junction and the City. Getting Around: There is a bus stop 100m down or up the road, the train station is a 10minute walk into Bondi Junction otherwise there are plenty of uber and taxi drivers around. Other Things to Note: Please note during the week from 8-9.30am and from 2.30-4.00pm there is no parking allowed across the road due to school pick up and drop off. Although there is still plenty of street parking on the other side of the road and have never had an issue with finding a car spot. Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. House Manual Please note that the required security or damage deposit is fully refundable and collected by the property management a week before arrival. Also note that we only pre-authorize the damage deposit though we still collect but we only pre-authorize so just please ensure there is enough funds :) The deposit can only be paid by credit card as nothing can be collected on arrival due to the fact that we have no front desk at the property and provide a self check-in process to all guests. Please be reminded there is a non-refundable 3.3% bank charge paying with a credit card. We return your damage deposit by the same credit card guests use to make the deposit and refund the amount after the cleaners inspection. The refund of the damage deposit should reflect back in the guests account within 4 to 6 days after check-out depending from bank to bank. Please note that a copy of valid photo ID's of all adult guests staying are required after booking for security purposes as there is no front desk at the property on the day of check-in and we will be extending much trust. We do this after your booking so that your check-in day is simple, fast and no fuzz. It will be an easy breeze not like typical hotel check-ins: no lines, no waiting, just check-in right away :) Self check-in details are sent to guests 2 days before arrival.
