The property is set over 3 levels but with the convenience of an internal lift from the 2 car garage to the 2 living floors. The views from every room are spectacular with all the amenities that you would expect in a large family home.
On the 1st floor the main bedroom has an ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms share a main bathroom plus a separate laundry. On the 2nd floor there is a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which has soaring 4 metre high curved ceiling with the amazing water views to soak up from the balcony. There is a 65" TV also in this room. Also on this floor there is a further large bedroom with ensuite (or this room can be used as kids TV room with another 55" TV). There is also a powder room and a small office on this level. Out the back near the kitchen there is a 5m x 5m in ground concrete swimming pool with timber decking to enjoy the summer sun. All floors have balconies which look out at the amazing water views.
This area of the Central Coast is a mere 1 hour from Sydney, is picture perfect and offers an amazing time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. With bays, beaches and bushland at your disposal the area offers all forms of activities. The Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to with Maitland Bay and Putty Beach must dos in the area. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Only a short 5 minute drive is Ettalong with the Palm Beach ferry service and another 5 minutes to Umina or Woy Woy which has all your basic shopping and services including Aldi, Woolworths and Coles plus many many other choices within 15 minutes.
